With a fresh look and an awesome new chef, we're ready to bring you a great dining experience. We are seeking an outgoing, skilled Bartender to join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has strong customer service abilities, a solid background in beverage service, and a passion for hospitality. This role includes crafting cocktails, serving beverages, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting. Experience with POS systems especially Toast POS along with knowledge of proper alcohol handling and sanitation practices is highly valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized bar service Prepare and craft cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency Take and enter drink and food orders using Toast POS Upsell premium spirits, cocktails, and menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Follow all alcohol service laws, food safety, and sanitation procedures Handle cash and process payments accurately Stay knowledgeable about drink menus, specials, and signature cocktails Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Address guest concerns professionally and courteously Requirements 3+ years of bartending or restaurant service experience; craft cocktail or nightlife experience is a plus Familiarity with Toast POS or OpenTable Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of drink recipes, bar standards, and sanitation practices Confidence in upselling beverages and premium cocktails Basic math skills for cash handling Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Previous bartending, hosting, or serving experience preferred Ability to remain professional, composed, and attentive under pressure
