The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mixology , be able to create and execute craft cocktails , and have confidence working in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment. Knowledge of wine is a plus. Candidates will be asked to complete a bench test as part of the hiring process. Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages Demonstrate solid knowledge of mixology and cocktail techniques Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks Provide friendly and professional guest service Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked Work closely with the team to create a strong guest experience Requirements Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of mixology and craft cocktails Ability to create balanced, creative cocktails Wine knowledge is a plus Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable completing a bench test during the interview process Compensation Competitive hourly pay Commission opportunities available Additional details will be discussed during the interview Interested candidates, please send your resume and availability.
