We're looking for energetic, high volume bartenders as well as barbacks to join our team for this massive party. Duties Set up bar tents and beer bar tents. Set up bar stations and all stock according to diagrams. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and quickly. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing cash payments and giving correct change as well as processing credit card payments. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service regulations. Commit to breaking down tents and returning all equipment and stock inside at the end of the evening until finished.

Experience Bartenders:

Proven experience as a high volume bartender.

Beer Bar Bartenders:

No experience needed. Ability to open bottles quickly is a must.

Barbacks:

No experience needed. Ability to read bottle labels is needed. Must be able to move fast. Basic math skills for cash handling Stamina for all positions as this shift runs approximately 20 hours with a multiple hour break. Most gig positions for Pride weekend are one day only. Some Friday and Sunday positions may be available as well. These positions are outdoors, rain or shine. Other positions available include gate attendants, security, crowd control, environmental. Breakdown crew positions also available Sunday June 21st (end of the party) 2am-8am.
