Job Description
Now Hiring Bartenders - Full & Part-Time Chillingham's Steak is seeking experienced, professional bartenders to join our team. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, provide exceptional guest service, and take pride in creating a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to bar and dining room guests Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and featured cocktails Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest tabs Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Steakhouse, upscale casual, or fine dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented TIPS Certification preferred Must be at least 21 years old What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus generous tips Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling 401K Professional, team-focused work environment Join our team and help create an exceptional dining experience in downtown Westerly.
