Bartender Position:

Bartender Job Summary:

Prepares and service alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Club members and guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Schedule and Availability:

The Club is open Tuesday through Sunday. Varied schedules. Full and part time schedules, weekend work, and shift work available. Qualifications /

Skills:

General Math Skills Verbal Communication Customer Service Resolving Conflict Teamwork Energy Level Thoroughness Professionalism Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. 3-5 years server experience preferred.
