Bartender/Server

Crescent Pointe Golf Club is recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced full-time Bartenders/Servers. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems and deliver prompt, friendly service. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions. Follow all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety. Experience Excellent customer service skills. Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food service regulations and health codes. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Prior experience in the hospitality industry, catering, brewing, or food service is preferred but not required.
