Job Description
What we are looking for We are looking to add an experienced bartender to our growing team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints Skills / Experience
- Previous Bar Experience Strongly preferred
- Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system, such as Toast POS
- Strong knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
