Job Description
About the Role You'll be working within a well-established cocktail program where precision and technique matter. Expect house-made syrups, shrubs, and infusions; acid-adjusted juices; batched cocktails; and recipes that routinely feature 10+ components. Speed and consistency during high-volume service are equally important. What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume cocktail bar environment Deep familiarity with classic and contemporary cocktail technique Experience working with house-made ingredients and elevated spirits programs Ability to execute consistently and efficiently during high-volume service Strong guest engagement skills and a polished, professional presence A genuine passion for the craft Compensation $8/hour + tips Part-time to start (2 days/week); strong candidates will transition to full-time (4 days/week) within a few weeks Estimated weekly earnings of $800 to $1,200 at full-time hours To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your bar experience and the cocktail program you're most proud of having worked in.
