Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service. Manage bar operations efficiently using Micros POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs to verify legal drinking age, and promote responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet services at the rooftop venue. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, ensuring smooth cashiering processes. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking sales data, and minimizing waste through effective time management. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; rooftop or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly while multitasking efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
