The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments providing exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are also seeking those with an interest in learning more about wine. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options. Ability to act as bartender or server depending on needs of the shift. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender and server. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local health regulations. Experience using cash registers or Toast POS systems is a plus. Current SAFE Serv certificate a plus.
