In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night settings. Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, while managing inventory levels effectively. Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations related to food service and beverage preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours without compromising quality. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls is highly preferred. Proven ability to operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Experience serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal age requirements and alcohol service regulations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques within the food industry. Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails in a hospitality setting. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math applications, and sales transactions confidently. Experience working in the food service or retail math environments is advantageous. Prior nightclub or catering experience is a plus for roles involving event-based service or banquet functions.
