Each candidate must have full knowledge of classic cocktails, along with a vast knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food. Candidates must be speedy behind the bar, while maintaining an upbeat and professional attitude. Must have 4+years serving/bartending experience and have full availability on Sundays. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve dinner/brunch and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Serve dining customers and have full knowledge of food menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations Serve tables Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
