Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar station, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math for billing purposes Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for incoming guests Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety standards Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of RESY reservations system is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional service!
