In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving tables in our fine dining or nightclub setting, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, providing excellent service in fast-paced environments Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws and regulations Familiarity with food industry terminology and hospitality standards is a plus Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
