Job Description

Pink Cactus is hiring experienced, hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders to join our team. Located in Charleston's Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, Pink Cactus is a women-owned, Oaxacan-inspired restaurant known for our authentic food, housemade tortilla chips, agave-focused cocktail program, and iconic pink margaritas. We are a high-volume, detail-oriented restaurant that balances culinary craft with good value, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We are busy and growing and looking for dependable, professional team members who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering a memorable guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Strong service skills and confident, conversational table presence Organized, reliable, and punctual Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure while managing multiple tasks Team-oriented mindset with a positive and hospitable attitude Interest in tequila, mezcal, wine, and regional Mexican cuisine is a plus
Responsibilities :
Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and polished service Guide guests through food and beverage selection Maintain a clean, organized section and workspace Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams Uphold Pink Cactus' standards of hospitality and professionalism Schedule Full-time availability 8-hour shifts Open 7 days a week In-person position (not remote)

Ability to reliably commute to downtown Charleston, SC 29403 Prior restaurant experience
