Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages to our guests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware.
- Take orders from guests, provide recommendations, and ensure prompt and accurate service.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate cash handling, and process payments.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or complaints professionally.
TIPS Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
