Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a combined Barback and Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will support bartenders by maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure the bar area operates smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills will contribute to a lively atmosphere, making every guest feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards Prepare garnishes, ice, and basic bar ingredients to ensure quick service during busy hours Support food preparation tasks such as plating, bussing tables, and helping with catering or banquet setups when needed Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during food service and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas when assisting with food prep or bussing Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing inquiries promptly in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality roles such as barista experience or serving is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet events, catering services, or hotel environments is advantageous Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards at the bar and dining areas Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Capable of standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the food industry, including basic food preparation and bussing techniques, is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
