Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for bills and payments. Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist with serving at events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor guest behavior in nightlife or nightclub settings to promote safety and responsible drinking. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience working in nightlife venues, nightclubs, or catering settings is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and basic math for transactions. Customer service experience demonstrating positive interactions with diverse guests.
