The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with other staff will be crucial to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions. Manage cash handling procedures, including accurate cashiering and maintaining proper cash flow. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a friendly environment for patrons. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of retail math principles related to inventory management is a plus. Previous experience in fine dining is advantageous.
