The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily bar activities, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. The Bartender Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and driving sales growth within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the bar team to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards Oversee all aspects of bar operations including drink preparation, inventory management, and customer interactions Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Train staff on proper serving techniques, food handling, cash handling, and POS usage Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health regulations Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to uphold excellent customer service standards Coordinate with kitchen staff for catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed Implement sales strategies to increase revenue through upselling and promotional activities Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Solid understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills including cash handling and cashiering procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor Familiarity with beverage trends including brewing techniques and mixology principles Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by hospitality operations Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team in a fast-paced setting while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
