Part-Time/Full-Time Job Overview:

As a Bartender at PKL Park, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience, whether they are dining in one of our restaurants, enjoying a drink during a pickleball match, or attending a live event.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions about the drink menu and making recommendations. Monitor guest consumption and identify when to cut off service in accordance with company policies and state laws. Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure a smooth operation. Handle credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be at least 21 years old Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
