Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible service guidelines. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with server and kitchen staff. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage (Italian wine + cuisine, cocktail, and mixology knowledge) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. Must be at least 18 years of age for servers and 21 years of age for bartenders, as required by law.
