In this dynamic position, you will support bartenders and servers by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring the bar area operates smoothly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help elevate the guest experience, making every visit memorable. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced nightlife or hospitality setting while contributing to a lively atmosphere. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste efficiently Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, assembling bar snacks, or assisting with light food service when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the bar and dining areas tidy Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately Help set up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready and organized Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously, addressing their needs promptly Handle cash transactions securely and accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude throughout interactions Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events, or hotel food outlets is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential Prior roles involving bussing, serving, or barista experience will be considered valuable assets Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining excellent customer service Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
