In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling. Manage multiple tasks including serving drinks, taking orders, and handling cash transactions with precision. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety while creating a fun, welcoming environment in nightclubs or banquet settings. Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions accurately. Experience in catering or food service environments is a plus.
