Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools, adhering to food safety standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and condiments, to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without sacrificing quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days.
