Great food, relaxed room, live music, sports on every screen. The bar is right next to it — busy, social, central to the room. We're building the opening bar team. We want bartenders who can handle volume, mix a real drink, and run their bar like it's theirs. The job You run a high-volume service bar and a packed guest-facing bar. Make great drinks. Take care of bar guests like they're at their favorite spot. Knock out service-bar tickets for the dining room. Lead the room during live music and game nights. We're putting real money into the bar program — cocktails, beer list, smart wine — and we'll train you on all of it.
