Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, efficiently managing multiple tables or bar stations. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining a lively atmosphere. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly during busy hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; strong basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in serving at banquets or catering events enhances your ability to adapt to diverse service environments. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques ensures compliance with health standards. A background in hospitality, brewing, or retail math demonstrates your versatility within the food industry.
