Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle cash handling and manage the cash register
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar role
  • Strong knowledge of food service and catering operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash handling and perform basic math calculations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
