Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or catering events. Support nightclub or banquet operations by managing high-volume service periods smoothly and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in food and beverage service, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for seamless order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests promptly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing. Experience in catering or food industry environments is highly desirable; retail math skills are a plus. Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to serve guests effectively.
