Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing attentive service to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies promptly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy service periods Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to deliver seamless service Uphold food handling regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols throughout your shift Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that encourages guest loyalty Effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws and regulations Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus but not required Embrace this opportunity to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
