Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation. Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests at the bar and in dining areas. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar, including restocking beverages, garnishes, and supplies. Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and club policies to ensure a safe environment. Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system. Support service team with food running, table clearing, and event setup as needed. Uphold Keowee Key hospitality standards, club values, and appearance guidelines. Previous bartending or food & beverage experience required, club or resort experience a preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly. Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service in South Carolina. The Bartender delivers warm, polished service to members and guests while preparing and serving beverages in accordance with Keowee Key standards. This role supports daily bar operations, maintains a clean and welcoming environment, and contributes to an elevated dining and social experience across all community venues.
