Bartender/Server must be 21

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers
• Assist with catering and banquet events as needed

Skills:

• Proficient in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and payment handling
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices in the food industry
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
• Strong bartending skills, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks accurately
• Ability to handle cash transactions, make change, and operate a cash register
• Experience in catering events, including setting up bars and serving guests
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patrons
