This is a full-time position in a high-volume brewery, restaurant, and events environment. Bartenders are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving craft beer, cocktails, wine, and food while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace. This position operates within a tip pool environment , where teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction directly contribute to the success of the entire front-of-house team. Primary ResponsibilitiesGuest Service Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests. Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Savage Craft brand. Build relationships with regular guests while delivering consistent hospitality. Answer questions about beer, cocktails, food, and brewery offerings. Resolve guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management when necessary. Beverage & Food Service Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and portioning. Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner when needed. Ensure guests receive a complete and exceptional dining experience. Operations & Teamwork Work collaboratively within a tip pool environment. Support bartenders, food runners, barbacks, and management as needed. Assist with opening, closing, and shift change duties. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar at all times. Participate in brewery events, private functions, and special promotions. Safety & Compliance Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, glassware, equipment, and workstations. QualificationsRequired Minimum 21 years of age. Previous bartending, restaurant, brewery, or hospitality experience preferred. We will train those who we feel are a good cultural fit for us Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes. Experience with cocktail preparation and service. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Experience working in breweries, restaurants, taprooms, or event venues. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
