The Buffalo Bodega has two bartending positions open for the summer! Bodega Bartender

• Shifts are 10AM-6PM Friday
• Monday Crow's Nest Bartender
• Shifts are 2PM-9PM Thursday
• Sunday Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies. Interact with customers to provide exceptional service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Process cash handling transactions accurately using POS systems. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed. Skills Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
