Job Description:

• Schedule:

  Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Responsibilities:

  As a Bartender in our Live Fire Kitchen, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering top-notch service to our guests with warmth and professionalism. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Salesmanship:

  Utilize your natural positive energy to effectively upsell menu items, specials, and beverages, maximizing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate food delivery, maintain cleanliness and organization in the business, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Adaptability:

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, remaining calm under pressure and demonstrating agility in handling various guest requests and challenging situations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Proven ability to drive sales through effective upselling techniques and product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
