Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Starting at $10.50/ hour plus TIPS! Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and food handling. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing your brewing skills for special occasions. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for enhancing the beverage menu. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the establishment.
