Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as clover POS process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service, enhancing their overall experience Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during events like banquets or catering functions Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and monitor guest behavior to promote safety Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, Paint & Sip, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover POS and ; familiarity with cash handling and retail math is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with licensing laws; prior bartending or serving experience is highly desirable Familiarity with the food industry's standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance Servers Permit Embrace this opportunity to bring your enthusiasm for hospitality into a role that values your skills!
