Must be 18 or older to apply Hourly pay plus tips! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the nightlife scene and have a passion for the food and beverage industry. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it is always presentable. Help with bussing tables and clearing glassware to keep the bar area tidy. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately when required. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar environment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and patrons. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in bars. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions effectively and responsibly. Knowledge of basic bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to work late hours, including weekends and holidays. A clean appearance and professional attitude are essential. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require lifting or moving items.
