Host/Bar Back

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Host or Bar Back and become the heartbeat of our vibrant hospitality environment! In this energetic role as Host, you will be the first friendly face guests see, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. As Bar Back, you will support our bartenders and service staff by maintaining a clean, organized bar area, assisting with guest needs, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, glassware, and bar tools to ensure efficient service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, clearing empty glasses, and sanitizing stations Manage guest inquiries with excellent communication skills, providing friendly assistance and information about menu items or services Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS accurately for order processing and payments Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times Qualifications Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Experience working in food service environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to engage with guests professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality We value energetic individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
