• Job Summary:

• We are looking for a dedicated BarBack to join our team. As a BarBack, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting delightful experiences for our patrons.

• Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies
• Adhere to food safety protocols and regulations
• Assist colleagues during busy periods
• Participate in catering events and banquets as needed

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barback is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Proficiency in using Heartland POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Knowledge of bartending techniques.
• Ability to handle food safely in compliance with industry standards
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for the food industry
