Cazzy's Focus The Guest is #1. Position Summary We are seeking professional, service-driven Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced dining environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft, guest engagement, and delivering consistently excellent experiences. This position requires efficiency, strong communication skills, bar and menu knowledge, the ability to work collaboratively with both FOH and BOH teams, and a strong commitment to responsible alcohol service.

Experience:

2+ years' experience in a high-volume, full-service, elevated yet approachable bar environment

Teamwork:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar and throughout the dining area
• Maintain thorough knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and menu pairings
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company alcohol service policies
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service practices
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
• Accurately process transactions using POS system
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as directed
• Support events, banquets, and high-volume service periods Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years prior bartending experience in a full-service and high-volume environment
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine basics
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• TN ABC license
