We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, possesses excellent time management skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing with precision. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering and banquet events Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, monitoring alcohol consumption, and adhering to all legal requirements. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and basic accounting tasks. Ability to manage time effectively while balancing serving duties during busy hours or events.
