If you love creating fun, memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented bar environment, we'd love to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service. Duties Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness Ensure responsible alcohol service Restock the bar when necessary and assist with general tasks to keep the business running smoothly such as bussing tables and karaoke rooms Explain to new customers how the bar operates, especially the karaoke rooms since this is a new concept for Knoxville Greeting guests with a fun and positive attitude Skills Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Able to interact with guests in a fun, upbeat, and professional manner Comfortable and confident in a high-energy bar environment Experience with Toast POS and Toast Tables preferred (but not required) Ability to multitask and stay organized Team-player mindset
