In this energetic role, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining moments, support our culinary and service teams, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure seamless service. Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation. Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs with a friendly attitude. Handle food handling tasks safely in compliance with health regulations, including proper storage and disposal of food items. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills that reflect genuine hospitality. Experience working in hotel environments or within the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
