Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to adhere to responsible serving policies. Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of POS systems. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage diverse guests. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in serving at nightclubs or catering events is a plus but not required.
