As a key member of our team, you will deliver memorable experiences to guests by providing attentive service, expertly mixing drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help us set the tone for an outstanding dining experience, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests promptly. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, cleaning procedures, and health regulations. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety protocols and basic math skills for cash handling. Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable or similar platforms is a plus.
