In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by expertly mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, you'll be the heart of the social experience, bringing energy and professionalism to every shift. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate with management about shortages or special requests. Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing intoxication signs and managing alcohol consumption accordingly. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs as needed, providing excellent service in fast-paced environments. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Experience in food safety, food handling, and beverage service ensures compliance with health regulations. Knowledge of the food industry, brewing processes, or retail math enhances your ability to serve guests effectively. Prior banquet experience or catering background is advantageous for event service roles. Excellent customer service skills combined with a positive attitude are essential for creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
