Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accurate cash handling records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, contributing to a seamless service experience. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Background in food service or food industry environments, including catering or banquet experience. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in retail math, hospitality, brewing, or related fields is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with basic math abilities for cash handling and sales transactions.
