You will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. We serve scratch made food and fresh craft cocktails in downtown Murfreesboro, as we have for the past 12 years. We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to showcase their skills in food and beverage service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and refunds while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining and other full service restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience working with a variety of beverage equipment including brewing systems or cocktail tools is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and billing accurately. Previous roles involving catering or food industry experience will be advantageous.
