In this vital support role, you will assist bartenders and service staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment. Your contributions will ensure smooth operations during busy nights and special events, creating an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with experience in nightclub, banquet, or restaurant settings. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste efficiently. Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure availability during service. Assist with food preparation tasks related to bar service or event catering as needed. Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and ensuring prompt service. Handle basic food handling duties in compliance with health and safety standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions when required. Assist with setup and breakdown of events or nightclubs, including arranging furniture and supplies. Support cashiering tasks like cash handling and processing payments accurately. Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments. Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service is highly desirable. Strong cleaning skills and attention to hygiene standards. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations. Previous experience with catering or serving roles is advantageous. Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering procedures.
